  • Base Charge For The Session With Our Online Florida Notary Which Includes One Document And Up To One Notarial Act (One Seal) - $25
  • Cost for each additional seal after the first seal. - $10
  • Additional Signer/Witness (One Seal) - $6.00
  • Each Witness $25/additional (we provide)

  • Does your Notarization require witnesses? We can provide 1st and 2nd witnesses?
  • Our fee is $25 Each Witness
  • Witnesses Depend upon the type of documents you're notarizing
  • Please refer to your document and look for a signature line for witness.
  • Is there is a 2nd signer on the document like a co-signer or a witness there with you? $6.00 additional
  • How many times does the notary have to notarize and set a seal after signatures? 1 seal $25, every seal after that $10 additional

What to Expect

After you've uploaded your document, you will receive the exact date and time along with a link.

You'll be asked to add the names of all the signers who will join the video session.

For any additional signers you add, you can select whether they will be sharing a device with you or if they will be using a separate device. If using a separate device, the additional signers will receive an email with an invitation link to join the session. Make sure they're ready to notarize at the same time as you.

Please note that there is an additional charge for each signer/witness (you provide) SEE ABOVE $6/ea.
